  • Installation and setup will be completed within 3 days after receiving the Package confirmation.
  • Customer shall sign the Internet Service User Form and must submit the Citizenship Certificate (for Nepalese Citizen)/ Photocopy of Passport (for Foreign National) / Certificate issued by Indian Embassy for Nepal (in case of Indian Citizen not having Passport) along with one passport size photo.
  • Customer shall sign the Terms and Conditions of the Contract and if found the Internet/Email services, having obtained for whatever purpose, is used illegally and unauthorized manner by violating Telecommunication Act, Rules, Policy and other system, the concerned Customer shall be liable and Subisu shall exempt from such liabilities.
