Royal Stag is named after one of the species of deer famous for its antlers soaring over all other species of deer. Like the deer, this blended whiskey (launched on October 10, 2000 in Nepal) has emerged as one of the major players in the Nepali alcoholic beverage market. It is a blend of the best scotch malts from Scotland and Nepali grain spirits with alcoholic content of 42.8% (V/V). Royal Stag Deluxe whiskey is a full-bodied whiskey, famous for its exceptional smoothness, taste and malty-flavour. It does not use any artificial colour and flavour. This is one of the very few blended Nepali whiskeys in this category that can be taken on the rocks. It is available in bottles of 750 ml.
