This service is intended for corporate and business use. The link is dedicated and can be provided through mediums like Fiber and Wireless. The medium depends on the area where the service is to be installed. Wireless coverage is available in almost all the parts of Kathmandu Valley. Cable Internet is only available in limited areas. - The client shall purchase the equipment. The equipment remains the property of the client.
- On payment of six months advance, client shall be provided 5% discount and on yearly payment 10% discount shall be provided.
- Warranty: Vianet gives six months warranty on the equipment.
- One Time Installation charge of Rs.1500/= is applicable.
- If the data limit is consumed within the mentioned time, the client shall purchase the same or larger data limit scheme. The unused data doesn’t get carried away to the following month and cannot be claimed for cash or any kind of credit.
- Consumer Broadband Service is based on PPPoE, and client will be provided username and password.
- Session IP address provided is dynamic and assigned from private IP address range to consumers category.
- 24x7 phone support, and on-site support, if deemed necessary, shall be attended within 24hours.
- Vianet shall not be liable to do any internal networking, configuration etc. at the client side.
- Contract shall be at least one year and signed before or on the day of installation.
- The client shall make the payment on the same day of installation and there is no testing period.
- This is prepaid service and the client shall make all the payment in advance if the client fails to do the link can be disconnected without any prior information.
- Vianet reserves the right to accept or reject service package change before next renewal due date. Consumer package is subjected to Fair Use Policy of Vianet Communications Pvt. Ltd.
