A fermentation at 28-30°C with highly monitered maceration periods guaranties the fruitness and roundness of our Merlot. Aging in stainless steel.
Colour: A ruby red colour.
Nose: A fruity, rich, round, plump, soft wine with lots of red berry fruit aromas (jammy).
Recommendations: Merlot can be served with a pizza or Tandoori chicken. A daring match with sweet and sour pork, a classic food pairing with Cordon Bleu veal or mild cheeses.
