Wolf Blass Wines was established in 1966 by our founder Wolf Blass Am. He adopted the eagle, the national symbol of his homeland, as his emblem & source of inspiration.
Wolf Blass AM named his winery site Bilyara-Aboriginal for Eaglehawk. Bilyara wines are fruit driven & can be enjoyed in their youth by themselves or with a delicious meal.
Wolf Blass Bilyara Chardonnay (12.5% Alc) sourced from South Eastern Australia; Bilyara Chardonnay is a rich soft wine with ripe fruit flavor that lingers on the finish. There are lovely peach & green melon flavor which are supported by subtle integrated oak.
Bilyara Chardonnay is a great match with chicken & cashew stir-fry.
