"Bin Series" wines are named after the traditional wine cellar where our finniest wines were allocated a unique "bin number" after each vintage to ensure consistent quality. Screw-caps are used to guarantee freshness.
The nose shows tropical fruit aromas, stone fruit notes and subtle hints of integrated spicy oak. A delightful medium bodied Chardonnay with excellent varietal flavors of melon and white peach. The palate is soft and smooth with gentle oak influence and cleansing acidity, creating a crisp yet lengthy finish.
